A true transformation from the inside out 👏 This project began with a full gut of an outdated kitchen and bathroom, allowing us to rebuild the space the right way from the ground up. We removed and rebuilt walls to improve layout and flow, stripped out all existing plaster, and installed all new electrical wiring and plumbing throughout. From there, we completed new drywall and paint, added a new drop ceiling, and installed new windows to improve both function and natural light. To enhance comfort and privacy, we also installed sound-dampening insulation, creating a sound buffer between the halves of the double. The kitchen was finished with sage Beveled Shaker cabinets, paired with a Cambria Inverness Frost white quartz countertop, delivering a clean, timeless, and modern finish.
